LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has praised
Pakistan ladies' cricketer Sana Mir for her incorporation in the ICC Women's
Committee as one of the three current player delegates.
Sana Mir, the previous Pakistan ladies captain and
driving wicket-taker in ladies' ODIs, is joined by Australia's Lisa Sthalekar
and Mithali Raj of India as current players' agents on the advisory group that
met without precedent for London on Thursday during the ICC Annual Conference
week.
PCB Chairman Ehsan Mani stated: "in the
interest of the PCB, I need to salute Sana Mir on her incorporation in the ICC
Women's Committee. I am sure that Sana will carry extraordinary understanding
and information to the gathering, which will just assistance ladies' global
cricket get more grounded.
"Sana's most recent accomplishment will draw in
and persuade our young ladies, which, thus coordinates with our procedure on
the development and advancement of ladies' cricket in Pakistan."
